Meet Katherine Lawrence-Ireland, at age 27, she was diagnosed with stage 4 endometriosis and later declared infertile. She was determined to avoid surgeries altogether and opted for lifestyle changes. Today is the proud mother of three wonderful boys. Food Saved Me is a labor of love that was born out of a desire to spread the word about how nutrition directly affects us and how we can use it to heal.
